We are Melissa & Joel Parrish, owners of Real World Travel. We met in 2003 and have been in love — and in love with travel — ever since. We share a passion that has taken us to more than 50 countries and counting. Melissa began her journeys in Europe, Joel in China — experiences that would ultimately shape our greatest passion: designing exceptional travel for others.

Today, we bring that experience, perspective, and firsthand knowledge to every trip we craft, ensuring each journey is seamless, intentional, and unforgettable.

Every year, we donate a portion of our earnings to 'Water for Good', a nonprofit based in our hometown of Bentonville, Arkansas, that works to provide clean water to communities across Africa and Asia. It's hard to imagine, but millions still live without safe water, something that impacts health, education, and opportunity. We're proud to support real, lasting solutions.
